It is now 4 days before i leave for Africa.

I have watched as the days have gone from 135 all the way down to where i am now.

I am so ready to GO and share with the country of South Africa my passion and reason

                                                           for living

I have prepared for so long for this upcoming trip,

                                i am starting to say goodbye to so many people,

                                                                                      The trip is finally tangible.

As i finish preparations...                                   I am reminded of this quote from          the founder of modern missions

" Expect Great things from God...                       ... Do Great things for God"

It is now 17 days befor i leave for South Africa.

 As each day passes, and the trip gets that much closer...

I get more and more excited at the things I know have been planted in my heart.

I fel two words come to mind

           Anticipation                                   Expectation

I am full of expectancy and am anticipating great things

" Even though the journey is long...

And I know the road is hard...

The one whose gone before me... He will help me carry on...

     And after all that Ive been through...

Now  I realize the truth.

That I must go through the valleys...

 To Stand upon the Mountain of God."

This is such an encouragement to me in those hard times. It helps me to keep ressing on ,even in the valleys.

It says in the Bible We can move mountains...

But not all mountains are meant to be moved...         Some...

Are meant to be climbed.                                                                                               It sometimes takes more faith to climb your     mountain than to move it.

For it in those times when we trust and believe in Him that He will give us the strength to

                                            Perservere and Overcome

I hope to live my life in such a way that I may :Fan His Flames: Wherever life's journeys lead me

In everything you do, Give it your best,

     Live every day as if it's your last,

Show them His reason for dying,

     Give them, a reason for living.

In all you do, Never forget the reason why your alive today. Your here for a specific purpose. No matter how bad things get[ When there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel], He'll be there to pick up the rest of the load.You are Here for a reason! Find it and dwell in that calling.
